<p>In toamna anului 2009 sunt programate 3 Confruntari PICANTe pe 3 teme de interes pentru cei care lucreaza in marketing, comunicare, vanzari si management.</p>
<p>Prima Confruntare PICANTa va avea loc pe 15 septembrie avand tema &#8220;Marketing vs. Vanzari&#8221;.</p>
<p>Evenimentul va avea o durata de aproximativ 3 ore, fiind impartit in 3 Runde:</p>
<p>Prima Runda consta intr-o discutie panel pe tema Marketing vs. Vanzari (relatia dintre departamentele de marketing si vanzari) cu 3 specialisti in vanzari si 3 specialisti in marketing. Discutia panel va fi coordonata de un moderator. Aceasta sectiune va avea durata de 60 de minute.</p>
<p>In a doua Runda se lanseaza intrebari din partea audientei catre cei 6 membri ai panelului de dezbatere. Aceasta sectiune va avea durata de 45 &#8211; 60 de minute.</p>
<p>A treia Runda este dedicata socializarii, interactiunii informale intre participantii la eveniment. Aceasta sectiune va avea o durata de 60 de minute.</p>
<p>Sase specialisti, 3 in tabara marketing si 3 in tabara vanzari, vor dezbate pe tema relatiei dintre departamentele de marketing si vanzari. Nu ne propunem sa stabilim un invingator si un invins, ci dorim sa aducem argumente de fiecare parte, sa identificam solutii pentru eficientizare si sa intelegem fiecare activitate pentru o mai buna coaborare.</p></blockquote>

<p>Evenimentul este la a patra editie, iar in structura actuala are 4 tipuri de prezentari: Keynote speakers, demo-uri de startup-uri (24 de startup-uri selectate), prezentari Pecha Kucha (20 de imagini in cate 20 de secunde) si Twords (twitter words).</p>
